1. Who we are
“WOMENPRENEUR MIDDLE EAST” ("WOMENPRENEUR", "we", "us", "our") operates this website and is the trading name for Firstread Media LLC registered in the Shams Freezone,Sharjah Media City, UAE, licence number 2430854.01.
WOMENPRENEUR LEGAL IS AN INITIATIVE OF WOMENPRENEUR MIDDLE EAST and is a platform supporting women entrepreneurs. WOMENPRENEUR LEGAL OR WOMENPRENEUR MIDDLE EAST does not itself provide legal services. Legal services are provided by PSP Legal Consultancy Limited ( "PSP Legal"), an authorised legal consultancy in the UAE.

2. Acceptance and scope

3. Contracting parties and no client relationship
Professional legal services are provided by PSP Legal and are subject to PSP Legal’s own engagement letter and terms. Nothing on this website creates a lawyer–client or professional–client relationship with WOMENPRENEUR LEGAL OR WOMENPRENEUR MIDDLE EAST. Any professional legal services are provided solely under a separate written engagement between you and PSP Legal and are subject to their terms, conditions and fees.
4. PSP Legal — services and professional regulation
PSP Legal provides legal consultancy and advisory services as an independent authorised legal consultancy in the UAE (Masdar City Free Zone). The firm is subject to UAE laws and relevant professional regulatory bodies. Lawyers at PSP Legal comply with UAE requirements; those also admitted in England & Wales are authorised and regulated by the relevant UK regulator where applicable.
PSP Legal is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards and to complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations across jurisdictions. Key commitments include:
- Ethics and professional standards: adherence to professional obligations for all personnel.
- Anti-bribery & corruption: zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments or improper payments.
